Maplelawn Ministries

Maplelawn offers uplifting worship services by offering a balance of contemporary and traditional styles.

BIBLE TEACHING
Solid, relevant, life-changing teaching from the Bible throughout our church ministry -- from the pulpit to the classroom. You'll discover what God has to say today and how it applies to you.

NURSERY

Available for Sunday AM Service, Sunday School, & PM Services as well as Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting. We seek to provide a safe environment for children to grow and learn. From caring workers to simple stories and songs, we begin to teach children they are precious in His sight.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Sunday AM Service (4’s & 5’s), Sunday School and Wednesday Nite Kids Club. God’s Word – Learn it, Love it, Live it! Children learn Bible basics and life application. A few special events each year are offered for grade school kids.

JUNIOR HIGH "INNERCHANGE"
Sunday Morning Sunday School and Wednesday Night
Students are challenged beyond Bible stories to applying God’s principles to their lives. Wednesday nights are offered as an outreach time to bring friends and community kids into the group. Today’s questions are addressed with truth from God’s word along with a great game time and FOOD!
Sunday School is a time for discipleship and digging deep into the Bible. A focus is placed on investigative Bible study to teach students how to start finding answers on their own.
Every two years, students are introduced to missions through a simple service-oriented missions trip. Students earn the money to go as well as developing prayer support. A full application process is required, including memorizing verses and developing their testimony.

SENIOR HIGH "REGENERATION"
- Sunday – Sunday School, D-Teams, E-Team
-Thursday - REGEN

R each lost people
E xalt God in a life of worship
G row more like Christ
E xperience a ministry of spiritual gifts
N urture one another in Christian fellowship

REGEN is the name and the purpose of our Senior High youth group. With a special outreach on Thursday nights, dozens of students are making decisions for Christ for the first time or committing to live for Him. The evening is a combination of games, great music, student lead drama & testimonies, and much more.
Regeneration University is the investigative Bible study time during the Sunday School hour. Students dig into the Bible to learn what God has to say about their lives.
On Sunday evenings, students participate in D-Teams (discipleship) or E-Team (evangelism). These small group times are focused on creating a close knit environment for relationships and accountability.

ABF – ADULT BIBLE FELLOWSHIP
Sunday School Hour
Take a step beyond traditional Sunday School and into a small group community. With a focus on worship, fellowship, ministry, discipleship, and evangelism – each Maplelawn ABF functions to live out the purpose of the church in real life situations. Groups seek to grow together and support one other so they can be more effective for Christ. These same groups come together for H.O.M.E. groups one Sunday evening each month and outreach activities.

H.O.M.E. GROUPS (Homes Of Ministry & Encouragement)
4th Sunday night of each month

ABF groups continue their fellowship and ministry outside of the church walls and into the community through H.O.M.E. Groups. By moving ABF groups outside the church building and into homes, "the church" can invite friends and coworkers into a non-threatening environment to experience the love of God.
H.O.M.E. Groups offer ABF members and visitors encouragement through a focus on prayer and relationships. These relationships provide an environment for growth and accountability, strengthening the ABF and Maplelawn as a whole. Spiritually healthy and growing members produce a spiritually healthy and dynamic church.

SENIOR CITIZENS
Sunday School Hour
This generational group gathers together each week to continue delving into the Scriptures. With a passion for foreign missions, prayer, and supporting one another other, Maplelawn’s elder members play a vital role in the church family. Special outside events are planned to help its members connect and encourage one another.

OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE FRIENDS

Plug into one of our many Adult Bible Fellowships, Athletic Teams, Ladies Bible Studies, Men's Breakfasts, Pastor's Prayer Partners, or attend a Newcomers Class to learn what Maplelawn is all about.

MINISTRIES TO THE COMMUNITY -- We have a number of outreach ministries that seek to reach and help people through the struggles of life.

STRONG MISSIONS EMPHASIS -- We help support missionaries all over the world. It's exciting to learn what the Lord is doing in other parts of the world.

CHURCH LIBRARY -- For members, Maplelawn offers a large selection of Christian books and videos. From an outstanding library, the wonderland called "reading" is opened up. Reading can invigorate, motivate and stimulate like no other communication medium.
